We are a law firm with more than 40 years of experience providing legal advice in different legal areas nationwide. The team of lawyers that make up this law firm, put their utmost effort into providing an excellent service that is tailored accordingly with our client’s needs. HISTORY

The firm was founded in 1981, located in the Torre Latinoamericana, in Mexico City; afterwards, it established at Torre Arcos Bosques, and, finally, as of 2010 its headquarters settled in the City of Querétaro, branching out and coordinating different associated offices from which a nationwide service is provided to clients from different parts of the Mexican Republic and abroad.

LUIS MANUEL GUADARRAMA DÍAZ

Founder

Lawyer graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1981, with more than 40 years of experience in Criminal, Commercial, Civil, Family and Amparo litigation. He carried out his postgraduate studies at the Center for Studies of Criminal Policy and Sciences AC, has a Diploma in Criminal Law at the Escuela Libre de Derecho, as well as a Diploma in International Trade and Dispute Resolution taught by the Commercial Mediation and Arbitration Commission of the National Chamber of Commerce of Mexico City. He taught (attached) at the Escuela Libre de Derecho on the subject of Civil Procedural Law, General Theory of Crime and Crimes in Particular. He is a member of the Barra Queretana, Colegio de Abogados, A.C .; He was a member of the FY Legal Services Firm, of the FY International Group (an auditing and consulting firm), in Vancouver, B.C. Canada, and is a member of Laworld Invernomos, a global association of lawyers based in Zug, Switzerland.

Verónica Cristina Moreno Ceballos

Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, generation of 1985-1990. She worked for 32 years in the General Attonery’s Office in Querétaro, where she held different public positions such as Official Secretary, Public Prosecutor of the Investigating Public Ministry affiliated to the First Instance Criminal Courts of the State of Querétaro, as well as Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry Specialized in Crimes against Urban Development. On June 1st, 2014, she was appointed as Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of Investigation and Proceedings due to the implementation of the Accusatory and Oral Criminal System in the State of Querétaro in its first gradualness; In May 2016, she was appointed as Indictment Prosecutor of the General Attorney’s Office in Querétaro and as of 2020 she was commissioned to perform as Head of the Regional Unit of the General Attorney’s Office in Querétaro affiliated to the Criminal, Civil Courts and Execution of Criminal Sanctions, a position she held until May 2021. She is a Certified Teacher regarding the Accusatory Criminal Justice System by SETEC, Technical Secretary of the Advisory Council for the Implementation of the Criminal Justice System. She has qualifications in the Accusatory and Criminal System at statewide, nationwide and international level by participating in “Skills for Oral Trial” conveyed by the State Alliance Mexico-USA Conference of General Attorney’s Office, she also took part in the Skills Course in Oral Litigation conveyed by Access Training California Western School of Law in San Diego California. She is proficient in Oral Litigation Skills as well as other topics besides the Accusatory System, all taught by the INACIPE National Institute of Criminal Sciences.

Conrado Gerardo Arredondo Huerta

Law graduate by the Escuela Libre de Derecho; Specialist in Tax Law and Corporate and Economic Law by the Universidad Panamericana: Specialist in Private Law and Master in Law by the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. He is proficient in judicial litigation and legal advice in Civil Law, Commercial Law and Administrative Law in all instances, with an emphasis on Insurance matters. Full-time professor at the San Juan del Río Campus in the latter institution with a seniority of 21 years. He has taught, among other subjects: Tax Law, Corporate Law, Tax and Administrative Amparo, Credit Titles and Operations, Mercantile Corporations, Research Seminar, Civil Contracts, Obligations/Liabilities and Professional Practices; Contemporary Legal Theory in the Specialties Propedeutic Course, Research Seminar in the Specialty of Criminal Law and Techniques of Higher Education in the Master's Degree in Law, all at the Law School of the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro; Civil Contracts, Municipal Law and Tax Law as well as the Degree Course "Jurisprudence of the Amparo Trial'' all of these at the Universidad Mesoamericana in San Juan del Río Campus in Querétaro.

Jácome Bocker

Law gradute from the Cristóbal Colón University in 2001, in Veracruz, Veracruz. He is a litigation lawyer with more than 20 years of experience; In 2013, he completed a Master's Degree in Private Law at the Cristóbal Colón University, in Veracruz, Veracruz. He has a Diploma in Oral Commercial Law given by the National Institute of Graduate Studies in Law; a diploma in Oral Criminal Law, taught by the National Institute of Graduate Studies in Law, as well as a Diploma in Amparo, taught by the National Institute of Graduate Studies in Law. He is proficient in commercial and criminal litigation.

Law graduate from the Universidad Mesoamericana, San Juan del Río Campus. Specialist in Private Law and with a Master Degree in Law by the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. She is proficient in judicial litigation and legal advice in Civil Law, Family Law and Commercial Law in all instances, with an emphasis on real estate matters. Free Time Teacher at the San Juan del Río Campus, for 16 years. She has taught, among other subjects: Law Notions in the Propedeutic course of the Law Degree; Contract’s General Theory, Civil Contracts, Civil Contracts Applied Practices, Law Introduction, Credit Titles and Operations, Civil Law Institutions and Civil and Commercial Amparo at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro.

Licenciado en derecho con mención especial por el Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). Actualmente cursando la Maestría en Derecho Procesal Constitucional por la Universidad Panamericana (UP).Participó en la Harvard Inititative for Latin American Relations en 2015 y en el diplomado de Teoría del Delito y Criminal Compliance por Ontiveros Consulting en 2019. Fue integrante de la consultoría pro-bono del Centro de Acceso a la Justicia en el ITAM de 2019 a 2020 y de la Clínica de Medios Alternativos de Solución de Controversias dentro de la misma institución en 2020. Ha sido parte del equipo de Guadarrama Abogados desde 2015 hasta la fecha.

Guadarrama Prado

Master Degree in Philosophy (MPhil) specialized in Transformative Justice by the University of Cape Town, in South Africa and Master Degree in International Human Rights Law (L.L.M) by the University of Notre Dame. She has worked in civil society giving legal advice to victims; as a public official making proposals for public policy of attention and compensation to victims and as an international civil servant designing prison evaluation models.

Karla Verónica Moreno Ceballos

Law graduated from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (2016). She was introduced to criminal litigation in 2013, gaining professional experience since then. She is currently undergoing a Master's Degree in Law with an emphasis on Oral Trials, at the Universidad Mondragón, Querétaro Campus, as well as a diploma in Amparo Trial taught by the House of Legal Culture, of the Supreme Court. She is proficient in criminal litigation.

She participated in the Accusatory System and Oral Adversarial Procedure Diploma at the universidad Autónoma de Querétaro in 2015 as well as in the Accusatory Penal System Diploma taught by the Universidad de Londres Querétaro in 2017. She was part of the Student Congress of Accusatory Justice COSMOS Operation Model in 2017, as well as the COSMOS Congress of Criminal Justice and Human Rights in 2019. She is currently undergoing a Master's Degree in Law with an emphasis on Constitutional Law, Human Rights and Amparo at the Universidad del Valle de México, as well as the Diploma in Amparo Trial taught by the Supreme Court through the House of Legal Culture in Querétaro.

Graduated student from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California Sur, with a major in Political Sciences and Public Administration with a propensity for gender studies, currently undergoing degree processing. She was regional winner at Expo Ciencias 2016 and is currently a law student at the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. She was part of the "CSCientific" Scientific Consulting team as an administrative assistant. Afterwards, in October 2020, she joined the Guadarrama Abogados team.
