Verónica Cristina Moreno Ceballos
Law graduate from the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, generation of 1985-1990. She worked for 32 years in the General Attonery’s Office in Querétaro, where she held different public positions such as Official Secretary, Public Prosecutor of the Investigating Public Ministry affiliated to the First Instance Criminal Courts of the State of Querétaro, as well as Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry Specialized in Crimes against Urban Development. On June 1st, 2014, she was appointed as Public Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of Investigation and Proceedings due to the implementation of the Accusatory and Oral Criminal System in the State of Querétaro in its first gradualness; In May 2016, she was appointed as Indictment Prosecutor of the General Attorney’s Office in Querétaro and as of 2020 she was commissioned to perform as Head of the Regional Unit of the General Attorney’s Office in Querétaro affiliated to the Criminal, Civil Courts and Execution of Criminal Sanctions, a position she held until May 2021. She is a Certified Teacher regarding the Accusatory Criminal Justice System by SETEC, Technical Secretary of the Advisory Council for the Implementation of the Criminal Justice System. She has qualifications in the Accusatory and Criminal System at statewide, nationwide and international level by participating in “Skills for Oral Trial” conveyed by the State Alliance Mexico-USA Conference of General Attorney’s Office, she also took part in the Skills Course in Oral Litigation conveyed by Access Training California Western School of Law in San Diego California. She is proficient in Oral Litigation Skills as well as other topics besides the Accusatory System, all taught by the INACIPE National Institute of Criminal Sciences.
